She recently served as Vice President for Professional Development at the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, where she led key national initiatives in:
She has provided management consultation to numerous hospice programs, with a particular emphasis on strategic planning, inpatient facility development, and community needs assessment.
She holds a B.A. from Harvard-Radcliffe College and an MPH and PhD from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. Currently, Dr. Lupu is Professorial Lecturer in Health Policy at the George Washington University School of Public Health.
